I’ve recently started a new obsession…. journaling! As a matter of fact, a whole bunch of peeps from my ‘positive pain posse’ in AoG (my FB group) decided to start along with me! I had posted an article about the benefits of bullet-journaling for those who are chronically ill or perhaps have anxiety issues.
The article was so popular that we decided to form a sister group which we are calling, “Attitude of Gratitude with Chronic Pain Journaling Club” for anyone who is interested in starting using journaling as a method of ‘recovering’ from the emotional aspects of living with chronic & mental pain/illness. We started it in August 2017 and expected a handful of people would come along for the ride…
Well as of this writing we have about 200 peeps who are in the group….it’s really catching on! It’s therapeutic, and it’s damn FUN! We plan to do monthly challenges and we even have prizes to give out! (Not based on creativity though…..this is a no-pressure group. You can scribble for all we care!)
Right now my obsession is Japanese planners and which one to choose. I’ve got it narrowed down to the Hobonichi Techo Cousin or the Jibun Techo A5. These are two wonderful planners using the exquisite Tomoe River paper which works great with fountain pens (another recent obsession thanks to my friend Karin!)
I’ll do an article comparing the two and I’ll most likely use them both through the end of the year and maybe use one for my work and one for personal. We shall see.
My name is Lauren and I’m obsessed with Japanese stationery supplies. haha
